I’m betting €200 that I can prove it is possible to learn a skill faster then the semester of economy classes beat their performance, and the performance of AI tools promised to be the best solution. I picked a service that will be of use to myself, I’ll turn it into business, and learn in natural way
NEED FOR SOMETHING → LEARNING
as we have discussed in the previous post.
Creating a service
Today we are building a lead generation company – a machine that turns few euros of ads into 10s of euros of client revenue. The machine will be called:
Take a Lead
For now it will specialize in market research, building a landing page, running google ads campaign and analyzing the data – that will result in the suggested move for a client and generating leads. We are also showing the first example of a Minimum Viable Product defined in previous post.
As most of our future project will need some way of reaching the audience, learning how to focus where the need is – will be useful regardless of how this venture turns out.
With the MVP idea on mind launching a basic service is priority, and will be done before perfecting all aspects of a business. Actually, as the project may never be as strong as already crowded market of profesional agencies with years of experience – speed and direct client conenction are our biggest advantages.
What we need
There is not much stuff we need. A bit of will can handle all of it. We need
- few hundred euros
- web hosting and a landing page
- know how to chose search keywords for a specified field
- 10-20 hours a week to make progress
- know how to multiply
So let’s dig in.
Here’s how we’re actually doing this
We want to present the process of finding where to look, and who to target with ads to get most sales.
- first we choose a niche or few in which we will specialize for now
- research about what people search for in the domain, what are they most looking for
- check the search volume in various cities, and for various keywords
- get initial data to make informed business decisions
- find what business owners struggle with
- teach others how to do it if they want to run ads by themself
- possibly automate part of the process
- get a client
I have est up a basic website already
Currently it looks pretty shitty, but it has all the needed information.
I have also researched about different strategies to use in some cases → what are some good habbits to keep the ads spent low, target needed people and keep everything clear – it will all be explained on site.
The email is connected to the site, we have a contact form, service info and post section which will contain info about running the ads, analyzing the data, common metrics and other news.
So the post section will mostly contain explanations for anybody interested in creating a google ads account, running a campaign, testing a business idea, increasing the number of impressions, clicks, conversions, and other stuff withing that theme. Emhasis will be on short practical guides, with examples.
Next episode
That is it for this short post.
In the next episode we are running the first Google Ads experiment, we will check what are people searching for, and how they search. Then we will check the spend results – does it generate actual leads.
